So, I took the final exam yesterday...I'm still waiting for the results. I really pushed the envelope this semester as I mentioned earlier. For the first time in my life, I hope I passed...I've never been truly worried about whether or not I passed a class. I am this time. regardless...no more class and no more clinical until september.
I sit here at the computer what to do now! Where do I begin? Do I give myself some time to truly chill and not do anything that fulfills responsibility? Do I start in on the toyota pick-up...fix it so I can sell it? Do I just sell the thing without fixing it, or at least try to? Maybe I should sell my old drum set on craigslist. Should I bring Malto to the park since it seems like it's been eons since he's been shown a good time? Maybe I should just return to reading the books I've started and not finished...that sounds nice. I'm also watching a 3 1/2 hour long video on google video that is superb. It's all about how the Federal Reserve Bank of the U.S. is not "federal" at all...it's a private institution that has more power than any political realm out there...the film was made in 1995, but the info. is timeless. I recommend watching it, maybe not all at once since it's so long. Here's the link
I watched a great film last night. I recommend it. It's not the best movie of the year by any means. But, if you're looking for a fun, "feel good", easy to watch film with great acting this one is excellent...set in Australia (again, I got to vent my frustrations of the uptightness of the u.s. with the film as a backdrop which is always fun for me). Generally speaking, I totally dig the Aussies...who doesn't? The backdrop of the quaint little town within where much of the filming took place makes it that much easier to enjoy.
And here I sit, writing in my blog, sipping on my favorite beverage in the afternoon (especially when I have to work in 3 hours)...not much that I really need to do. hmmm...maybe I'll get back to the movie on the Fed...or read a book.
